Hi, I'm Eloise!

My passion is designing and creating dresses and formalwear that accentuate your own unique personality and character!

 

Here's a bit more about my story:

Having always been fascinated with fashion, textiles, and formalwear, I began my dressmaking career studying Art and Design in Devon before studying at the prestigious Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance as a Theatre and Costume Designer.

 

After graduating, I've worked in London and across the UK as a designer, seamstress, wardrobe manager, and dresser for live events, stage and screen.

 

When I became engaged to my husband, I knew I wanted to use my experience to create my own wedding dress - what I didn't know, however, was how I would discover a burning passion for designing and creating dresses, formalwear and bridalwear outside of the entertainment business!

My own wedding was the springboard for me to adapt the skills and experience I have gained through my creative career into the creation of Eloise Rose Design.

 

Like many dressmakers I have a vast wealth of knowledge in traditional and contemporary fashion, however my unique journey to Eloise Rose Design allows me to take inspiration from my extensive exposure to film, television and theatrical history, as well as a vast array of contemporary and traditional fashion conventions, styles and ideas.

 

My goal is to create exceptional quality bridalwear and formalwear that accentuates you, captures your unique personality and represents everything incredible about you on the days where you deserve to be in the spotlight!
